Welcome to Elspro. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our educational platform, tools, and resources developed for students of LASU’s Educational Technology department. By accessing or using Elspro, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Platform

• Elspro is intended for academic use by students and staff of LASU.
• You agree to use the platform only for lawful and educational purposes.
• Do not share login credentials or impersonate others.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure your personal information is accurate and updated.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on Elspro—including text, graphics, logos, tools, and platform code—are the intellectual property of Elspro or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without permission.

4. User Conduct

• Do not upload harmful, offensive, or irrelevant materials, if found of such crimes you will be removed and have your account banned from using this platform.
• Respect other users and contributors.
• Academic dishonesty, including plagiarism or cheating through platform use, is strictly prohibited.

5. Termination

Elspro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or at the request of LASU administration.

6. Platform Availability

We aim for uninterrupted access to Elspro but do not guarantee continuous service. Maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. All users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
